Complaint Details
I placed a food order at 1:07 and called them at 1:11 regarding the food order scheduled or cancel..order no-"n8pt-v5vt"..
now they are saying they wont cancel the order and as noone is at my home on the said ordered date...they will not cancel or schedule the order nor they will refund my money back..
Also on their site it is clearly mentioned that order can be cancelled...
But then also they are saying no..
Also their site is not functioning properly as it is not showing scheduling option ,then also in order to schedule ,i contacted them ,but they wont cancel this order..
