Hello Sir,

We had purchased the Sony Vaio Laptop from Croma(Infiniti Retail, Thakur Mall, Dahisar, Mumbai, dated 31.08.2013) on a HDFC Credit card on an EMI basis on 0% interest for 9 months payment period(as explained by your Sales Executive), but now we have received a statement from the said bank branch that we have to pay the whole lumpsum amount of Rs.30500/-(amount of product) before 8th October 2013. The bill is in my name Mr.Tanish Karekar.

Hence we want you to check since there has been big loop from the merchant/seller side therefore I request you to solve it ASAP since we will bear the financial crisis as the bank is pressurising us for the payment..

We opted to buy it at the said outlet since they give offers like buying products on EMI basis on 0% interest and that too on credit cards. But I'm completely in trouble now becoz of the said problem.

I hope you will do the needful ASAP.I'm attachng the bill details and also payment details for your reference
