We are shifting from Santacruz to Vidya Vihar. We had contracted with Agarwal Packers and Movers (DRS group) for services. After detailed discussion and signing of contract for packing, loading, and unloading services, they came at the decided time and date. However, they at the last moment said they cant go through with the service since they did not get some vital information from their sales office. They had already taken an advance of Rs 5000 for the service from us. Due to their internal fallout in communication, we faced immense mental stress and difficulties. I would like to complain against them for their unprofessionalism and lack of any consideration for their customers.
