Airtel co. i.e Bharti Airtel Limited .

Dear Sir,
As per your email reply dated 27.07.2013and 04.08.2013 is incomplete and
against in the interest of justice and again misleading the customer. in the
reply , following points are pending . Send me the reply of the following
points.
As per Airtel reply dated 14/15 .01.2013,
1. As per advance credit of Rs.237.83, recover your Package charges of
Rs.135/- from 19.07.2012 to 18.08.2012 and refund the excess amount.
2. Send me the copies of action taken against faulty representative by
Airtel.
3. Who is responsible for mental agony, harassment, misled the customer
since 06.07.2012 due to use unfair trade and practice?.
I submit I have written 292 emails to Airtel and also to Chairman/MD of Airtel
may read Airtel replies and customer correspondences and send me the view,
what chairman feel in this regard.
