Complaint Details
charging extra price than MRP on beverages specially after 9pm at retail shops like 'pan galla' and 'ice cream shop' is a common practise in Rajkot as well as in Gujrat. For such products and at above mentioned retail shops no bills are given and consumer is felt very low for arguing for a small amount. Consumer has to pay extra price or they refuse to sell. And the consumer is left without proof of being dificiently served.
