Complaint Details
I had booked Nokia Asha 305 Mid blue colour mobile on kaunsa.com on 8th May 2013 vide order No. KA/119174/Y7TV0Q2T (payment mode PayU). The expected date of delivery was mentioned as 23rd May 2013. On non-receipt of the mobile I rang the customer care no. and was told that the mobile cannot be delivered as it was out of stock and the refund process for the same was underway. However, after several weeks had passed, I lodged a complaint on the website kaunsa.com with ticket no. Kaun/T119174/KQAE6EFL4Q on 13th June 2013. I received an email stating that I can book an order of higher value (more than Rs. 3,974/-) and the amount due for refund will be deducted from the total value of the product. That Sir, more than 5 (five) months have elapsed and I am received neither the mobile nor the refund money. I am made to suffer tremendous mental anxiety for no fault of mine. Please ensure that the full amount of Rs. 3,974/- plus accrued interest on the amount since 8th May 2013 is refunded to me at the earliest. Looking forward to your helping hand in this regard Sir.
