Sir,
On 06 Oct 13 at 1510 hrs, i was surfing on some pages on my mobile nokia x-6 (Mob No- 8477862546) During browsing they have deducted Rs 70/- from my main balance of idea. On complaint to customer care, the told that you have downloaded wallpaper and song. But I have not downloaded any wallpaper or song. Neither they have conformed from me that balance would be deducted.
They have deducted my balance totaly wrong.
Kindly do the needful action.
