Complaint Details
The Company brought out an Advertisement Claiming that they are offering discounts for one of the goods - SKU # 100008201 stating that the MRP of that goods is Rs. 31000/-. But when actually the item was delivered the MRP printed on the box was only Rs. 10500/-. This has been a complete misstatement of facts and making false claim where actually the discount was less than Rs. 600/-. Also the company has very unfair conditions printed in their invoices such as no exchange, no refund no time commitment on delivery fitment etc. which are all totally anti consumer. Also checked their portal they still have the bloated MRP.
