Respected Sir/Madam,
Ihad purchased a 350 litre whirlpool refrigerator from Shiva Electronics Maur Mandi dist Bathinda in 2004. But Now the product is not frezing ice.So i coplained customer care of whirlpool many ties in this regard but threy did not visit to check the product but after so any requests they sent an incompetent person to check the product and declar the product as irrepairable to get rid off their responsibility.The company is neither repairing the product nor replacing it. kindly do the needful.
