Complaint Details
I sent a courier containing dresses worth Rs. 5000/- which did not reached. After a month of routinely going to the DTDC centre, they finally declared that the package has been lost. They said, it is a simple procedure to file a claim. Just asked me to fill some forms and details and said we will process it within 15 days. It has been 1 year. Eveytime I go, there is a same response, We are working over it. I just need my claim for Rs. 5000 for the goods I lost.
