I want to meet you personally with documentary proof. Please fix an appointment at mutual convenient date and time in Ahmedabad. Matter urgent. C-CAB 079 67776777 Despite above, on arrival I DO NOT FIND ANY ONE on Airport from your company. AFTER MY VIGOROUS EFFORTS FROM AIRPORT FOR NEARLY ONE HOUR (after long journey of 30 hours) some one came at 04:45 AM. THE DRIVER WAS NOT WITH PLAY CARD AND I HAD TO SEARCH HIM in one corner of the airport. The above speaks about lethargy in service as also proves that there is some problem at your company and two vehicle numbers and two contact numbers are given at different time. Further, as promised, driver was not with "play card" of my name and I had to walk nearly 2 miles from here to there to search him (as informed at the time of booking that I had no local phone with me). I DISCUSSED WITH THE DRIVER AND HE INFORMED ME THAT HE HAS RECEIVED MESSAGE TO GO TO AIRPORT BEFORE 5 minutes and at time he was at Railway Station. Regards, Kirit Thakkar Sent from my iPad
