Complaint Details
I payed Rs14,450 to Goibibo.com to book my air tickets. They received my money but haven't booked any tickets in my name. Their customer care number is not responding to my calls. I cannot book another set of tickets without knowing the current status of my tickets. I am not being allowed to cancel my tickets by the website. Meanwhile the air ticket prices are increasing by the hour. This delay is deliberate to extract more money from the customer.
