I am writing regarding the Service which i got from SBI Credit Cards.
I was so disappointed they way how Sbi team responded to one of my dispute transaction which happened on 04/12/2013.
My house got robbed and I lost 2 of credit cards my pan card and other valuable things and i filled Fir on very next day and i raised the dispute form along with the fir copy. The another credit card what i have its from the HDFC bank they did their investigation and they refunded the money to my account in the month of December itself.
And i was waiting for the response from the SBI still now i haven't receive any calls from the SBI investigative team. I called the SBI customer services for the update And the agent confirm me that i am liable to pay the dispute transaction amount of र 5200.00 because i gave card to someone which absolutely doesn't make any sense.
I Mentioned that i lost my credit card i got to know only after 6.00 the reason is i cant use my mobile in my office the moment when i got to know i called the Customer services and i blocked the card On what basis SBI team says that i gave the card details....?If other bank (HDFC)can do the investigation properly why can't SBI officials not doing that.
I want to register a case against the SBI Team and the same time i want to pass this message to every citizen of India and just let them know how SBI team is working .
Strongly i want to teach them a lesson we are living in a democratic country we have certain law and justice.
