Hello Sir,
I am using Ariva RO water purifier since many years and was happy with the service until now. I did 2 years AMC for my purifier. I was staying in Kondhwa Pune when I did this contract. Now I have shifted to another location of Pune and AMC seems has become invalid for them. The person in my area is not providing service. As per contract the membrane and candle will be changes in a year. Now the next year started and they (Ghorpadi-Pune)asking me to pay for that. Ghorpadi Pune service man saying its changed twice so it will not be changed. Where as Kondhwa service changed one once in one year that too I asked to change to Low TDS as I dont need high TDS filter. Now the area where I ahve shifted has hard water so I am asking to replace with high TDS which is not happening. They are replacing candle also as per contract. I am very disappointed with the service Ghorpadi Pune providing. They are simply cheating customers looks like. I am attaching my service contract details.
Please help me in this soon as I am foced to drink bad water as they are not coming for service.
