Complaint Details
I ordered a junk Jewellery watches package from Mumbai via this courier service. The courier was booked on 19june via tracking number VPL508270855. Till date (2nd July) I haven't received my courier and no response from the other end too. The package is nowhere to be found and nobody knows its whereabouts. I have tried locating this courier service as possible as I can but failing to do so. I m in a mental pain because of this company. I run an online small scale business and it has hampered me in that too. I request to solve the issue .
