Complaint Details
Had a confermed ticket for June 28 2015 St Persburg Mumbai via Franfurt. Was not allowed to board becauze was told I did not have Shenegan visa. From Mumbai,before vtravel was told by Akbar holidays and Lufthansa Sahar airport,that if I have a return ticket and on my return do not need Shenegan viasa.
I had to spend 14hrs at th airport and buy an alternate route by Emirates costing 46K INR.Want refund and compensation.
