i buy a food processor from MNM TRADING SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD Franchises of STAR CJ Network India PVT. LTD bill amount 3795/- when i receive product the product was defected i submit a complaint on coustmer care but no any action on my complaint the i submit case in consumer form no one appear in consumer form on behalf of company so court take decision in our favour. but company not submit amount in consumer form. so i submit a application under section 25 in consumer form. the next hearing date is 29.10.2013. please take some neccesary action as soon as possible.
