I Sarit Kumar Panda S/0 Ganeswar Panda, Aged 44 years, Address HA-02, New Colony, Utkal University Campus, ani Vihar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha-751001, request you to kindly register a complaint against the e-commerce site http://www.eezeecart.com for cheating me an amount of Rs 18999/- (Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninty Nine only)
The company www.eezeecart.com is running an e-commerce portal. I received a call from the company regarding purchase of a special offer on the portal i.e Product Code: EZC-117, wherein the buyer would get a combo of an Android Phone, One wallet, one watch and one Sunglass and an assured gift i.e Samsung Tab as promotion on payment of Rs 7999/-. Accordingly, I made payments using my SBI Debit Card on 22.06.2015.
I received a verification call on 23.06.2015 and was told that the company would change the free gift from Samsung Tab to a HP Laptop as the former is out of stock. I was told that as a procedural requirement, I need to click Make Payment button and fill up the details that I entered the previous day. I was assured that the amount would not be deducted from my saving bank account. Upon completition, I receievd a message Payment Success. Your Payment ID: 38503774 and Your Transaction ID is 99505612. An amount of Rs 18999/- was was found to be debited from my SBI A/c no 30129092697.
On 23.06.2015, I requested the company for cancellation of the entire transaction and refund me Rs 7999/- and Rs 18999/- paid in two tranches. However, the company officials did not pay any attention to the request and told me that order can not be cancelled without receiving the product. The company officials insisted that a cheque amounting Rs 18999/- would be sent to me along with product courier.
On 02.07.2015, I received courier details from the company i.e Your docket no. NDA3486269 (www.tpcindia.com) and
Your docket no. Z59120922 (http://dtdc.com/tracking/tracking.asp). I received DTDC courier on 04.07.2015. It contained a Micromax Fun Duo Tablet. Its market const is approximately Rs 5200/-. I received courier from professional courier on 06.07.2015. It contained a Jivi Mobile handset (Substandard phone with 128 Mb RAM), one watch, one wallet and one sunglass. All these items are not yet been used.
When I tried to draw attention of the company executives to this. Their response was very strange and said they have delivered all products based on my order and payment.

His postcan be seen on http://www.consumercomplaints.in/eezeecart-fraud-online-shopping-web-portal-c1101298#comments. It means the company is deliberately duping innocent people alluring them with offers.
