I ordered on an A/C from www.shopclues.com - order number 56211361 on 11 Jun 2015, Shipment not delivered to me, but the site shows it has been delivered.
Courier says the courier has been delivered, checking details, it has been delivered to wrong address. I asked for Proof of Delivery on 20 Jun 2015. According to their process, within 7 days they need to deliver PoD, no Proof of Delivery(PoD) received yet.

I have been calling the customer care 0124-4414888 almost daily but no resolution for my issue. Every time they say we are looking this issue please wait for 2 days, wait for 3 days, but no resolution. Not even any status where my shipment is?
