Complaint Details
Sir,
1) I had bought VU TV 4K Series from Flipkart :
Ordered on :31-03-2015
Delivered on : 01-04-2015
Installed on : 07-04-2015
but 7 days after installation there was weird sound problem in to the Tv i.e when we start Tv there was VU Logo immediately appeared on screen along with piano sound but later that sound vanished we initially ignored that problem same piano sound used to automatically play during when we were watching the Tv serials and
Further weird problem came across when same sound used play even when TV was unplugged.We reported same problem to VU and as well as Flipkart on same day VU had sent their engineer to observed the problem and they accepted the problem .
Immediately we requested to the replacement of TV to Flipkar.
2) 2nd replacement was done as follows:

Installation on :- 30-04-2015
another problem:
Within 1.5 months of installation we faced another problem that is
A defective LED panel , since there was thick black line on left side of Tv which is quite apparent and obvious .
Once again we reported this problem to VU Technologies Pvt.LTd. (TV manufacturer ) through email at support-mumbai@vutvs.com and mailed screenshots to VU
Since problem arose after 30days of installation so beyond filpkart policy 30days of replacement.
Once again their engineer visited and observed problem and we had once gain requested for replacements and additional warranty of 3years.
3) After sending after 5days of reporting problem ,chasing mail sent to about replacements and additional warranty to the company on 24-06-2015
4) Sir/ Ma'am,
Company is ready to replacement of this defective TV but not additional warranty of 3years.
They have been asking me to pay money for additional warranty.

Let me explain my side
I'm ready to accept delivery
This replacement will be 2nd time of this product

6) Acceptance of delivery will give me satisfaction for while i.e 1year (1year normal warranty which generally given by company) but what about If does anything happens to this product after 1year?.My entire money will be wasted which I have invested in this TV .
7) After reading this Sir/ Ma'am you may be thinking that my additional warranty demand is unjust. But sir just think from my mind point of view that this has been 2 replacements which I have been coming across and because of this now I'm feeling being insecured and being cheated.
8) Consecutive replacement 2 Tvs created worry ,tension and insecurity about durability of Product. That's why I have demanded additional warrant y of 3 years .
9) Sir just think that If company has trust and confidence in their product quality and durability then it should not hesitate them in giving me additional warranty 3years.
10) on argument in respect on additional warranty of 3years you definitely observed that they(Company) may give you plea , which may be a follows :
a) Since it is an electronic goods so there may be chances of certain defects.
b) Since it is not our company's policy and we are ready for replacements of brand new TV their demand is unjust.
c) There many renowned player available in market
Ex. Sony , Samsung, Panasonic & etc other reputed player also
they are also giving same standard warranty of 1year thus we are following same trade policy of our industry.


but Sir, these renowned brand has very sound TQM (total quality management policy) in respects of their manufacturing s
This (TV's company luring the consumer by low selling price on flipkart and they also gives comparison with above mention brand s on flipkart .
11) Sir I also request that if this in to your ambit then request flipkart to have total sales made by them and replacement done by them up to the date of this product. Further I would like to request you that to involve Bureau of Indian standard ( Self Declaration for Conformity for Electronics and Information Technology ) so as to see that how they selling nondurable product to Indian consumer.
12) All email communications with VU Tech support can be shared on if needed.
