This is regarding my LED TV damage issue.I have purchased a Samsung LED 32" TV last year in April and just in one year my LED got damaged and Samsung is suggesting me to spend 13000 rupees for new led replacement. Which is totally not acceptable at all. My Warranty has just expired I mean last moth only and after that LED got Damaged.

I have already requested Samsung to replace that LED either free of cost or some kind of discount to his customer on the same.

No one actually cares. They simply denied and told me that this was not possible because they have no policies regarding the same.

I am a very common middle class man and can not afford 13000 rupees for LED replacement.

Plz help.
