I booked a ticket of spice jet through make my trip and my Booking Id: NF560122558345 and booking date: 21st April, 2015. Travel date 13 May, 2015, but unfortunately flight was cancelled and I was supposed to get the refund. But till now I have not received the refund amount. After having series of follow-ups (Below are the reference number given against my complaint) I haven’t got any fruitful response.
