MY LED TV WAS NOT TURNING ON AND I LODGED THE 1ST COMPLAINT ON 15.06.15. THEIR SERVICE PERSON CAME AFTER A FEW DAYS AND ATTENDED THE TROUBLE. AFTER THAT THE TV COULD BE TURNED ON, BUT WHITE HORIZONTAL LINES WERE APPEARING, WHICH HE DISMISSED AS TROUBLE OF CABLE NETWORK AND WENT AWAY.LATER I CHECKED WITH THE CABLE PROVIDER AND FOUND THAT MY TV ITSELF WAS FAULTY.AND ON 22.06.15, AGAIN MY TV WAS NOT TURNING ON. I INFORMED THE SAME TO THE CUSTOMER CARE, BUT SURPRISINGLY, THEY CLOSED MY COMPLAINT ON THAT DAY ITSELF. AGAIN, I LODGED 1 COMPLAINT ON THAT DAY, BUT NO ONE CAME TILL DATE AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS.
