Complaint Details
I have purchased Karbonn A11* Mobile from through Flipkart on 30.12.2014. Less than two months of use, i have suffered due to touch screen problem. I visited the above referred service centre for redressal of same on 31.03.2015. But till date my phone complaint has not been redressed and the service provided is asking again and again that my complaint will be redressed shortly. It is about more than 3 months and and i am not able to understand is this is short period. Since i have purchase a new phone, i want my phone replaced with new phone. Please intervene in the matter so that in future none of one has to suffer like me.
