On 24/6/2015 I Mr. Sushil K. Soi, had purchased ABC 1Kg. Store pressure type F/Ext. Bracket For F/Ext from SAFEX FIRE SERVICES LTD., 202, A Dhanraj Industrial Estate, Sun Mill Road, Lower Parel (W), Mumbai 400013, Tel.: 2493 810829, Invoice No. 000040, Dt. 24/6/2015, No of Pcs. 5, We have also received Warranty certificate from Safex Fire Service Ltd., ABC 1Kg. Store Pressure type F/Ext. Bracket For F/Ext. against the batch No. 1659-12573-2902-941-2404, I have paid Rs. 4275/- in cash to the company, This fire ext. are used in car for safety purpose.
I got a doubt so I have send for chemical check up to Italab Pvt. Ltd., at Meher House, 6TH Floor 15, Cawasji Patel Street, Fort, Mumbai 400 001, I got the report on 17/6/2015 Parameters : Mono-Ammonium Phosphate content- Results obtained 35.72 % as per the company requiremet the fire ext. contained 90% the company has cheated me. I can send to any other lab for your satisfaction as on I have 4 pcs of extinguishes with me.
I kindly request you to take the action against the company for cheating me and giving me a false commitment. Company is playing with the life of people. I request you to registered a case against the company and take the action against them.
