Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself Anil Samantaray from Odisha and I had placed a
online order of 3Kurti (2 of Auriliea and 1 of Shree) for my wife from
the Jabong shopping site.I had Paid an amount Rs.1537/- for that.My
Order no is 150623697251149 Date :-23/06/2015(Invoice Attached).They
had delivered me the product through DTDC courier Via tracking Id:
X12999287.But after receving the package and opened it,we got only 1
item (1item of Shree).Then i immediately informed this to their
customer care.After few days they explained me that all the three
products has been dispatched to me.After that I had talked to the
courier company at paradeep and they told me that at the time of
booking the package weight shown 910gms at Gurgaon,Haryana but while
received in Bhubaneswar DTDC it was shown around 500gm.It means during
shipping some misplace was happened.

Now i am helpless and Please help me out of this.
