Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to inform you that I visited samsung care veraval for my problem in handset (samsung galaxy note2)there was network problem in my handset.Samsung care person accepted my handset for repairing the problem and said that the handset will be repaired after 8 days.But when I approached samsung care after 8 days for collecting my handset the display of my handset was removed and the whole handset was in damaged condition.At that time I refused to collect my handset because of the damaged handset but samsung care person refused to provide any help in that matter and said that we are not responsible for any damage done in your handset.this whole matter is pending with samsung care from last 3 months.And till now I have not reSamsung care person is not taking any interest or responsibility to fix my problem.I also complaint to CEO HELPDESK of SAMSUNG.Yet they are not answering me in proper way.
Please help me in solving my problem as the long time has gone in this matter.
