Dear Sir/Madam,
This has reference to the above subject, please be informed that i have shifted my house from Ashoknagar,chennai to velachery, chennai. During that time, i shifted my Air conditioning also with help of Panasonic (GK Aircons) on May 2,2015. The Air conditioning was relocated and installed at my new location with the cost of RS.1750/. However , i observed that it was not installed properly as the cooling was much lesser than in new place compared to old place.It was not working properly. Hence , i raised the complaint with panasonic for service once again. But,it took me more than a week to respond for my complaint from their side and by the time, they respond, i was out of town and cancelled the service request for time being. Now, again, i raised the service request with panasonic, in turn, they directed GK aircon (the same dealer) for services. Now, it is noted down that they is a leak at flare nut joint and pressure is not holding at pipes due to non proper installation. Hence ,i asked for services for free of cost as they (GK aircon) have done the installation. But , again ,they are asking for Rs.1500/-. Exact after two months of their services.

Please consider, if i pay like this for service alone , it will be costing me around Rs.9000/-. If the service people does this kind of activity with everyone, you can think of quantum of cheating which they are involving into. It is like on first time that they do not do good service .Because, they expect the once more service from customer to gain more money .

I request you to take adequate action on service people and Panasonic & their poor service.

Panasonic customer care service is one of worst service in the world. They want to hear what they want to hear and they want to speak what they want to speak. I would like to take and mention one person for the same. Mr.N.Sundaram from Delhi( as he mentioned in my call).
