As It happened
I have purchased A mobile phone through Flipkart.com on 4th july 2015. It was assured to me through mail that item will be delivered on 8th of July. I noticed that order is sent through red Express Courier. As per Courier website detail Item arrived on 5th July.
I call the courier on 7th July to find out when the item will be delivered. They told me that they cannot deliver it by 8th July. I contacted Flipkart and got no proper response. I filed a complaint about the delay. Flipkart assured me that item will be delivered by 11th July.
After checking through forums, It was clear to me that I am not the only one who is facing this issue. Thus I called them on 10th July to cancel the order as I was unable to cancel the order from Flipkart website. They have disabled the cancel button for me after filing complaint.
After repeated call flipkart customer care told that we will take 4 days for item return and then a week to process finance. I informed them that item is not delivered to me thus I must not be made to wait. This is Flipkart internal matter with their courier services thus they must sort it out.
They did not agree. And again assured that item will be delivered by 11th July 2015. Today Again I called them about the item. I was told that Item cannot be delivered even today.
When I reacted , they sent me message to cancel the order. As I have already mentioned that they disabled cancel Button for my product. I have taken screenshot of website to support the fact. This is the case of gross fraud and harassment.
Intially, they did not even register my Complaint. Customer care executive said that issue is registered. I cam to know that they do not register. Thus, I filed a complaint through their website www.flipkart.com.
Today's Development.

Still they have not called me even once. I have got a message that issue will be resolved on 13th July now.
From 8th July to 11th July and now 13th July.

Consequences
I am facing below issues due to this irresponsible behaviour.
1. They are neither ready to cancel the product through call and nor through website. There is no cancel button for the product on their website for the item that I have purchased. Though, they are insisting to cancel through website, there is no cancel button. I am attaching screenshot to support my claim. GROSS FRAUD.
2. I am stuck with Flipkart with my 7999 rupees in their bank account.
3. I have paid through credit card and it has brought the credit limit down by 7999. The worst part is that I am struggling to get my money back.
4. Due to irresponsible delay from Flipkart, I will have to pay interest to Credit Card.
5. I cannot go to other vendor as they are not ready to refund the money quickly.
6. The purpose(Birthday Gift) to buy this product is not served.
7. I have asked for compensation to tantamount the damage done. But They are not ready.
9. Flipkart and Red Express Courier Services both are indulge in this fraud. Flipkart says that the item has been shipped 7 days back. Red Express Courier says that they have received the item but they cannot process it. The Courier services office is 3 kilometer from my home.They have told that they will deliver the item by 11th July after failing to deliver the item on 8th July. It is gross case of fraud and customer harassment. I am unable to understand what is causing to delay this infinitely. In my understanding the waybill number is fraud.
