WE HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT THE POSSESSION INTIMATION LETTERS (i.e PIL) FOR MOST OF THE FLAT OWNERS OF TOWER U , SILICON CITY PROJECT, SECTOR-76, NOIDA (U.P) HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED THROUGH SPEED POST . BUT NO PIL LETTER HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY US AT OUR RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS FOR OUR FLAT NO 1507, TOWER U, SILICON CITY PROJECT. AS PE THE BUILDER-BUYER AGREEMENT THE LAST INSTALLMENT IS TO BE PAID TO THE BUILDER ONLY ON COMPLETION OF THE FLAT BUT ON PHYSICAL INSPECTION OF OUR FLAT IT IS SHOCKING TO SEE THAT THE NO INTERNAL WORK HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT IN OUR FLAT AS PER AGREEMENT.
WE REQUEST U TO REFER TO CLAUSE B POINT NO 19 OF BUILDER BUYER AGREEMENT WHICH CLEARLY SAYS THAT BUILDER CAN RAISE INTIMATION LETTER OF POSSESSION OF FLAT ONLY AFTER COMPLETION OF FLAT (MEANS COMPLETION IN ALL RESPECT AS PER SPECIFICATIONS MENTIONED IN THE AGREEMENT).
BUT VISITING THE SITE SHOWS LOT OF PENDING CIVIL & FINISHING WORK AS PER FOLLOWING DETAILS.
1. TAPS AND OTHER BATHROOM FITTINGS NOT FIXED
2. KITCHEN MODULAR FITTINGS NOT FIXED.
3. INTERNAL DOOR FITTING NOT COMPLETE.
4. WOODEN WORK IN THE BEDROOM NOT DONE.
5. WALL PAINT WORK NOT DONE.
6. ELECTRICAL WORK INCLUDING FIXING OF SWITCHES NOT COMPLETE.
7. ENTRANCE LOBBY OF THE TOWER NOT YET FINISHED.
8. ONLY ONE LIFT IS FUNCTIONAL.
IN VIEW OF ABOVE FACTS THE NECESSARY UP TO DATE SITUATION MAY PLZ BE APPRISED TO US SO THAT WE MAY TAKE NECESSARY COURSE OF ACTION ON RECEIPT OF REPLY FROM YOUR OFFICE.
THIS MAY BE TREATED AS MOST URGENT.
