Complaint Details
I had ordered Movie On Demand against redemption of points. Customer Care also confirmed that movie order has been accepted under points redemption. I used similar services for about an year and everytime i was confirmed the same by Dish TV customer care. After an year, i was informed that points can be redeemed only for the parent connection and not the child connection. This came as a shock!! to me. Money was deducted from my recharge quota. Also, Dish TV never sends the statement of account so that any such unsolicited charges can be found out. I tried to get a resolution through customer care but they simply refused to help. This has caused me both monetary loss and mental harassment. I would like to get the claim from Dish TV against the above losses and harassment.
