Hi Sir/Ma'am,
I had applied for a New Broadband connection on 3rd and got it installed on 7th July 2015. My Acc No is 1229342 and my Login ID is manishsurat
As on 12th July 2015, I have been able to use your Broadband connection for the 1st day on July 7th and 3 hours on July 9th. Rest all the times, there was some issue or the other. Sometimes they change your Coaxial cable and other times some equipment is being replaced.
When I took their connection, I had asked whether I would get internet connection 24x7, to which I was promised by Ms. Kajal Patel, that I will definitely get 24x7 Internet connection without any problem. I have opted for the highest possible Unlimited Internet connection because I run a stock broking firm and I incur losses If I cannot connect to Internet.
To compensate for their non connectivity, I had to buy 3G Connections on my mobile phone several times a day and go about my business. It is a shame for them all not to understand the type of problem we go through for not providing us Internet connection despite paying the full amount well in advance. To top that,their customer care executives are like Robots who keep telling not to worry and my complain in under process.
I feel cheated and betrayed to say the least after paying such a hefty amount for an Internet connection, which doesn't work at all. Moreover, their customer care executives simply don't help in any way. I didn't have any other platform to write down about the inconvenience they have caused, hence this platform.
I have urged a couple of times in the last 3 days, If they cannot provide us 24x7 Internet, please refund my amount so that I don't have to go through the pain of calling their customer care time and again for no internet connectivity. I had paid Rs. 14999 and I want at-least the full refund amount. I know they won't pay for my all 3G recharges in substitute of their Connection plus the phone bills of continuously calling Customer Care and the time spent.
So far, all they seem to tell me is that my complaint is under process and will be resolved shortly. I can't incur more losses and I request you to help me.
