Respected Sir,
I have ordered AFS Skull Shape Blue Bicycle LED Light Lamp in Amazon.in. The payment was made via online internet banking. The payment date is 2nd july 2015. My ordered ID is 403-0950556-4394757.It is sold by Delhi eRetail. It is dispatched by 3rd July, and it is dispatched in DTDC courier. And the courier tracking number is Z59609379.But still now I doesn't receive my product. I track my package via courier website it shows the package return to seller due to no service and I track my package in amzon.in it shows it is in transit. I contact amazon customer care, they say we informed to seller, the seller contact you within 3 days. Then after only the seller contact me, they say there is no service in your area so we refund your amount. My question is No Service means whey the get the order & accept the payment, when I ordering they didn't say No service for your area. But I brought many products from amzon.in. All the things are delivered to me. But this order I doesn't received to me till now. So respected sir , please take further action to the seller and website.
