We have been having a horrible experience with this company. We bought mts dongle worth 999rs per month with unlimited download apparently that was not the case once we started using it.
After 15 days we got a bill worth Rs2339 which is absolutely unacceptable but since Mts representatives constantly kept threatening us that they will black list us we paid and asked them to cancel our connection forever. It hasn't passed a month and we have another bill of Rs 1067. This time we are not going to pay for a cancelled connection. Please take care of the case and do the appropriate. I am attaching the bill and the receipt of the previous bill we paid to disconnect.
