Dear Sir/Mam,
I purchased sony xperia m4 aqua dual for Rs.22,600 from vijay sales on 15th June 2015. IMEI no. 352198070714882/90

I am experiencing excessive heating and low camera quality issues.
The phone is heating excessive upto 54°C at some times.
Also the main camera quality 13MP is very poor when compared with my old xperia P which is just 8MP. New phone camera's colors are washed out and there is no sharpness to images.
I visited sony authorised Center at Ghatkopar, Mumbai on 20th June 2015 with Service Job ID: W115062002978.

On 22nd June i collected my handset as service center told me the issue has been resolved.
I checked for camera quality and I was not satisfied with it. They gave me another xperia m4 just to compare camera. and I was surprised to see that both cameras have same poor image and video quality. Almost same as 2MP vga camera.
I showed the images to service center person, he told me that nowadays sony does not manufacture high quality cameras as it used to do.
After taking couple of images the phone started heating.
I told to the service center person, he told me that this particular model does heat up and there is nothing he could do.
I got the phone back to as there was nothing service center persons can do. Next day I experienced same heating issues. It does heat up some times upto 54°C which is like knowingly burning your hand with the phone

Sony had advertised in the video the camera quality is good and it takes sharp and colorful pictures and videos which I found it doesn't.
Also they have never said in the video that the phone heats up.
I wrote couple of emails to sony but only reply I got from them is that visit service center. And the service center is telling me that all such models have same issues.
I feel cheated after spending a hefty amount as the product is not as advertised and also has a draw back of excessive heating which sony never disclosed.
I would request you to look into this matter and give me a refund from sony.
