I purchased a IBall make mobile handset.Now that is in warranty period>I found that the battery is draining charge frequently.i went to Iball service center,they told they it will take 5 days to replace the same.nearly 30 days crossed,still I am waiting for the battery.No one is ready to listen or address my complain.
