On 3rd of july 2015 i have applied for new broadband connection in airtel,after two days i havent recieved any reply from them so i itself called them to know the status of the connection they said you will be connection by today on the day when i contacted them evry day went on like this after few days they said having problem in getting permission for road cutting and today 14/07/2015, again i contacted them they replied that you cannot get the connection as there is no feasibility.for this they wasted my time by giving false promises my installation order no is37414568 and broadband number is 04442826123
