Dear Madam,
I had lodged a complaint on 9th July regarding my IFB washing machine which is still under warranty. My request i.d was 0052244/2015. The technician did come over but could not rectify the problem. Instead he tried to mislead us . I am 100% sure that since our washing machine is under warranty , IFB people do not wish to replace the defective item and instead they are temporarily fixing up the defect. I would request if a stern warning can be given to such companies who are misleading people and do not beleive in being honest to theie customers. Till date still no one has turned up inspite of repeated complaints . Infact sometimes the customer care do no give customer complaint no. i would seriously urge and request you to take stern action against such companies.. waiting for a PERMANENT RESOLUTION FROM IFB.
