hello Sir,
Airtel fail to provide 4g service as commited to me when switch over from 3g to 4g service. In Month of Jan 2015 I received a call from Airtel agent asking me to switch to 4g service and guarenteed speeds more than 20mbps for download/upload on my existing 3g data pack (i.e. upto 6gb free download at 3g speed 2mbps, new 4g speed 20mbps, and speed drop beyond limit cross).
I do not have any record of this communication made to me since it was based on TRUST, Airtel should have issued me a service request for new SIM change which it never did.
Airtel upon issue of new 4g data SIM guarenteed me that my handset LG G2 D802 supports 4g.
I have been using 4g data service without issue for 3months
My issue is now since last 2 months Airtel has failed on its commitement to provide data speed of 20mbps and more speed on 4g data service.

Airtels response to my complaints

1. Airtel claims my handset LG G2 D802 does not support the required band.
please refer to attachment (Screenshot_2015-07-14-08-49-13.png) on rare occasion i get good 4g speeds.
2. Airtel claims that it never made any commitement on higher speeds.
This is lie, I requested airtel to provide the inital corespondance when issue of 4g sim and they claim they dont have any
record of the same.
I was lure into switching from 3g to 4g on the claim made by Airtel that i would get higher speed of more than 20mbps
3. Airtel claims that their network is optimised and problem is with my handset.
My handset has not changed and speed issue occur since last 2months before that i was using 4g and face not issues.
I have never default on my bill payment however Airtel expects me to make monthly full payment for voice+data and will not address my complaint regarding 4g slow data speed nor would it issue me a refund.
