5. Description:
Recently (i.e At the end of June 2015) We purchased a flat measuring 1398 sq/feet for Rs 56,29,000/-(Fifty six lakhs and twenty nine thousand rupees)flat number - F3 East facing at the address Plot no 86, Maheshwari nagar, Sithalapakkam, Chennai 600126. At the time of buying Mr.Selvamani & associates assured that there will be a 24 hours water supply(Bore Well) will be available in this flat and you will not face any water scarcity problems in this area. From 12/07/2015 onwards we started to live in this new flat and in a very second day we faced a water problem like bore well water is not at all working and the people staying in the same flat are also complaining about this issue. But when we asked about this issue to Mr. Selvamani & associates, they are simply saying like we put 200 feet bore here, but now there is no water up to 200 feet and hence he ask us to get it from outside(Lorry Water supply). For filing a water for one time they will charge around 1000 to 2000 rupees. Can you imagine how much cost we have to pay for the whole month?

We are from middle class people and we bought this flat especially maintenance cost is very less, But now each & every house in this apartment have to spend at least 4000 to 5000 rupees per month for water expenses. How they build a very big flat like this without noticing a water problem? and what is the final resolution towards this. They are a very big builders but how cheaply they are grabbing the people's money by providing a false information.
