Dear Sir,
My airtel no is 9910797647. I purchase this sim from a shop in ghaziabad around 3 nd half year ago.On 7 july i got a offer of upgrading the existing sim to 4G sim. I opt that offer and airtel deliver the sim at my residence on dated 8 july 2015.i had activated the sim on 9 july 2015 via sms procedure. I got a msg from airtel(screenshot attached) that your sim is activated. But from 9 july 2015 there is no network on my 4G sim. I mailed so many times to airtel and discuss about the problem. Finaly they accept that sim is faulty and airtel will provide new sim (screen shot attached).I got a new sim on 14 july,2015 which is still not active. I had called Airtel coustomer care, they advised me to go airtel relationship centre. I had visited airtel relation center at sector 18, noida, uttar pradesh. After reaching there i got a new story that this number is registered on a person named SHARIK KHAN. i informed them i don't know the person and i am using this sim from day one after purchasing and i had given my own documents at that time. But they didn't behaved well and said that we can't help you in this and there is no other way to get the sim started.
Now what should i do? I had stucked for last 6 days. No calls no sms , my banking is also stopped as that number is registered in my bank. I can't access my mail id as security login code and OTP will be came on the above maintioned number. Please help me out.
