Complaint Details
I happened to give my royal enfield bike for repainting at Bhawani service station, siliguri. After getting my bike on their charge, it took 3 months to paint the components and the quality of painting is in such a degraded fashion. Not even removed the corrosion and painted over the rusted portion. Showing the problem areas after painting they took it back and kept for some more days and again cheated the customer with low quality painting.They only want money, nothing else. Not even see the customer views and suggestion. Maruti should not entertain these type of service station under them.
