Complaint Details
I purchased one HP Laptop on 20.07.13 from Velocity Exclusive Store, Kolkata. It was with gift voucher worth Rs. 4000.00. I registered the same on 20.07.13 and Redemption reference code is 6334302.on 19th august they assured that my claim has been settled and Carepaq would take 30 days from the date of claim approval. After that I had several communications with them and every time they assured that the gifts will reach me with in 10 days. But till date they have not sent it.
