Complaint Details
I was booking a cab from bangalore to goa on 13/10/2013 and used clear cab rentals for the booking purpose. there was no notification given on the website regarding the non availabilty of the cabs.the advance amount was deducted from them account for the booking made and after i got the confirmations i was told to cancel my booking, which i tried alot but the cancellation option is jammed. Now i am not able to sign in to clearcar rentals. The pickup time was 11:00 AM today morning .(13/10/2013)
I checked out thrice time before making the final booking with the different car option with CRN no:

the customer care executive told that we stop when the customers try to book a cab online and its not available , i made an attempt 4 times why didnt they stopped or notified?
i tried to cancel the ticked and waited as the cancellation option was not working and than finally gave a call to customer care at 03:53 A.M (13/10/2013), he told to try the cancellation after an hour and till now 10:00 AM in the morning the website is not functioning properly.
