I have been a Vodafone customer for the last 2 years and since then I have never been charged with a bill over 1000RS.In September 2013 I received a bill of 3921.84 Rs on account of Using Vodafone Mobile Connect Services. I have never used this service in the last 2 years and I did not activate it. Despite several calls to Vodafone on inquiring about the details, I did not receive the information that it is due to Vodafone mobile connect and that I have an option to deactivate or switch to a data plan. I called vodafone after receiving a bill and I was given two options- to either pay the bill or deactivate the number. The representatives were rude and inconsiderate. I was supposed to get a call back from the manager which I never did. I want a waiver of 2921.45 as I have paid Rs.1000 already. I was never informed of the charges . The bill is dated 06/10/2013. Bill period- 6 Sept till 5 Oct. I proactively after going through a website deactivated vodafone mobile connect on Oct 9. I am extremely disappointed and feel cheated. The representative did not EVEN try to retain and or negotiate. Disputed Bill attached
