Complaint Details
DD for Rs 380.00 was sent to ABP Pvt Ltd on 14/08/2013 to supply two no of special issue of Anandamela & Desh published on Durga Puja. The DD was received on 17th August 2013 and encashed also.Whereas Anandamela was delivered on 8th Oct2013, after atleast 30 telephone calls, Desh special issue is yet to be delivered, which was published long back. In spite of repeated assurances, they did not call me back nor give any specific response. Today also they appeared to be doing me favour by delivering the magazine and refused to offer any apology. I want them to deliver the book and compensate me adequately.
