Complaint Details
I had ordered a tablet from the website on 24th Sept and was informed that the product will be delivered by 9th Oct. Although It is quiet a big time gap, I waited till 9th Oct , but did not receive the product.

I raised one ticket with website about the delivery status on 1st Oct and on 8th Oct, I was informed that the delivery will be delayed by 4-5 days.

When, I called to the customer care on 11th Oct to check on it and Sandeep Singh informed that the price of the product is raised by 1900 (appx) i.e. almost double the price. This was never informed to me earlier.

As I am not willing to pay the raised amount and requested to cancel the order, he told me the they will deduct the cancellation charge of 5%. To which when I argue he informed that they will refund, but I need to do this and that on the site.

The customer care of the site is of no support and waste.

I raised the ticket for refund, but there is no update after that. Kindly help me in getting the refund with interest as they are using my money for long.
