Purchased the HTC on 12.12.12 bill atached. Since then it works properly for 6 months,Than it started restarting. and frequency of restarting becomes more oftently. On contacting the customer care no they provide some formating online, again problem persist than they ask me to go to the service center. Since than i am continously cordinating with HTC and have already repaired it 4 times including change in led pannel, change in switch board, change in mother board. They promised me that they will extend the warranty for the inconvenience and if again this problem or any other problem persist they will replace the phone. after changing the mother board again problem started infact many other problems also creeps in, they give me some swap option in which your full phone will be replaced excluding back pannel and battery of phone and no warranty will be extended ie till dec 12, they will be responsible. Aagin i submited the phone on 08.10.2013 and till now they are not responding.Feeling like they are waiting for getting my warranty lapse. Service reports are also attached.Infact redington Gurgaon (Service Center) misbehaved with us and say jab tak sai nai hota ate raho, hume kuch nai pta.
