using Aquaguard gold nova water purifier, have taken AMC consistently.
Despite repeated calls requesting for servicing, engineers do not turn up. Instead say they visited & no one was available at home which is a blatant lie.
These issues are repeating and hence i feel they do not have enough capability to service customers. Request for full refund of AMC and cancellation.
