Complaint Details
I was purchased DISH TV connection one year ago bearing VC number 01516703082. I was completely unsatisfied with their poor services. As per TRAI regulations i was asked them Refund of Rs.2000/- which i paid at the time of connection establishment.
Simply those were refused to process refund
